The vision that
shapes the plan

Building a kehilla is about design at the scale of human connection.

From the first sketch to the final zoning approval, every decision in Givat Hashalvah’s masterplan was guided by one principle: to provide quality living worthy of housing a frum family.

“We’re not developing land;
we’re cultivating community.”

Designed for connection,
built for generations

The full masterplan spans approximately 40 acres,
with over 10 acres reserved as open green space;
designed to mirror the natural topography near
Yerushalayim. Rather than imposing a grid, the
plan embraces elevation and shapes clusters of
homes that face the landscape.

Tools for Connection

Amenities
anchored in
purpose, not
luxury

Givat Hashalvah’s master plan gives community
life a physical framework. Across three
residential clusters, the neighborhood includes
seven dedicated multi-story residential lounges,
totaling 26,000 square feet of shared amenities
planned for real daily use.

Residential lounges

These shared spaces give everyday community life a practical home, including 2 simcha halls, 2 co-working spaces, 2 children’s gymborees, and 1 seforim library.

Promenade and parks

A pedestrian promenade runs the length of the project, linking homes, schools, parks, and residential lounges through a calmer, people-first environment shaped by gardens, seating areas, and fountains.

Communal life

Shuls and gathering spaces are positioned throughout the broader neighborhood to support tefillah, learning, simchas, and the daily rhythm of a growing kehilla.

Everyday infrastructure

With underground parking, the surface level is reserved for people, greenery, and movement. The broader plan also includes parks, a bike path, and additional shared infrastructure that helps daily life happen closer to home.

“A life of Torah without
compromising on quality, the
best of both worlds”.

Mel Lieber

Father of David, Engineer,
Founding Resident
